Skyport Tycoon scratches the management itch nicely. You start with a single runway and slowly build terminals, hire staff, and juggle flight schedules. Watching your little airport get busy is oddly addictive.

The numbers matter but never overwhelm. I liked that you can play hands-off for a while or dive into optimising every gate. Delays cascade realistically, so bad planning bites you later.

It leans on timers a bit more than I'd like, but nothing that ruins the pace. A steady, comforting sim for people who like tidy systems.
